Interview with Lucas Makowsky after he finished second in the 1500m on the second day of the World All-round Championships in Heerenveen (20 March 2010).

Lucas gave a great start to the new year today, when he finished first in the 1500m at the Canadian single Distances Championships/Olympic Trials! He needed 1:44.47 to complete the distance.

On the first day of the World Cup in Hamar Lucas managed to claim the silver medal in this distance! Skating in the 7th pair against Remco Olde Heuvel, Lucas needed 1:45.40 to complete his race.

Paint The Town Red is an invitation for all Canadians to join together to cheer Canadian athletes on to victory in 2010.
